Display 'Instant Report' and 'Download (CSV)' buttons at Brief Display

This feature requires license version 11.5 or later. |
If enabled in the Enquiry HTML Configurator, staff will now see two new buttons in the action bar at the Brief Display of all Enquiry searches.
- Instant Report - Generate a print-friendly HTML table of the search results
- Download (CSV) - Generate a CSV file for view & edit in spreadsheeting applications (Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
