Apply uniform title language when aggregating bibliographic instances to a work

For clarity around how the title is selected for a Work record (WRK) from the bibliographic records that are aggregated to form it:

    1. If a bibliographic record has a 130, 240 or 243 tag without subfield 'l' then the system should use the title found in the 130, 240 or 243 tag for the work description/title as long as after stripping and removing the following discard words there is a title left.
      • Discard words: SELECTIONS, WORKS, ESSAYS, PLAYS, POEMS, SHORT STORIES, CORRESPONDENCE, LAWS ETC, TREATIES ET
    2. If a bibliographic record has a 130, 240 or 243 tag with subfield 'l' ($l - Language of a work (NR)), then the system should use the title from the 245 tag for the work description/title.
    3. If a bibliographic record does not have a 130, 240 or 243 tag, or there is no title left after discard words are excluded, then the title from the 245 tag will be used.

    Add 'eComic' bibliographic record format

This feature requires license version 11.4 or later.

To support the implementation of the Hoopla harvester, Spydus will now identify bibliographic records as eComics where the following MARC subfields are set:
